Work at Jacobs and Rhodes
Jacobs and Rhodes has been family and locally owned since 1961, and today Gary and Jake Lysher run it from 4825 W. Clearwater Ave in Kennewick. The team is a mix of service technicians, installers, a sheet metal fabricator, office and dispatch staff, and a warehouse. The technicians and installers are factory trained and EPA certified.

The shop
A family company, still built on the shop floor
Larry Jacobs opened Jacobs Heating in Richland in 1961. The name became Jacobs and Rhodes in the early 1970s, and the company settled into the Clearwater location in Kennewick. Its crews have installed more than 9,000 heating and cooling systems in the Tri-Cities, and the team brings 110 years and more of combined job experience.
