What actually breaks a business day
A rooftop unit quits on the first hot afternoon of the year. A walk-in cooler starts creeping warm with a full delivery inside it. A kitchen hood stops pulling and the line cooks are standing in smoke. None of that waits for Monday, and none of it is something a business can absorb for long. Light commercial HVAC is the work of keeping those failures from happening, and of fixing them fast when they do.
Jacobs and Rhodes is a light-commercial air shop, and that focus matters. What we build and what we service
Commercial heating and cooling is the core of it: systems for offices, clinics, shops and care facilities, installed and then serviced by the same crews. Around that sits the work many HVAC companies subcontract or skip, including commercial HVAC and refrigeration service, specialty exhaust, and the ventilation a busy kitchen or a full building needs to breathe properly. The reason one company can cover all of it is that Jacobs and Rhodes does its own custom sheet metal fabrication. Christian Stewart, the company's sheet metal fabricator, builds parts in-house, so a part that is not on any supplier’s shelf gets built to fit your building instead of forced into it. Refrigeration piping for a new walk-in, gas piping to a new appliance and makeup air for a hood all come out of the same crew, on the same schedule.

The same team on your buildings
