A house in Kennewick, Richland or Pasco gets a hot, dry summer and then a cold snap that shows up whenever it likes. One system has to do both jobs, and it has to do them without running your utility bill into the ground. That is why heat pumps, furnaces, central air and ductless systems all have a place here, and why the right answer changes from one street to the next.

Three residential paths, and how they fit together
Installations cover replacement, whether that is a heat pump or an A/C unit, and systems for new homes. The work follows three steps: Listen, Design, Deliver. Old equipment comes out, the ductwork is inspected, and anything that needs to be fabricated is bent in our own sheet-metal shop on Clearwater. Every new install carries a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.
Repair and maintenance is for the system you already own. Our technicians work across all brands and are factory certified, so an aging unit from another manufacturer gets the same attention as a Daikin. Ted’s Comfort Club is our preventative-maintenance plan: it extends the lifespan of your system, and it is the easiest way to avoid finding out in July that something has quit.
Financing, credits and rebates keep a good replacement from stalling on the price. There are third-party financing applications through Daikin, Lennox and Tri-CU Credit Union, with a soft-pull that can be approved in seconds. Utility rebates are offered through the City of Richland, Benton REA and Benton PUD, and energy-efficiency tax credits are subject to change, so we register installed products to help you capture what is available.

The Journey, and the guarantee behind it
Every residential job follows the same Journey. You call, we set an appointment, and the sales call is a conversation, not a pitch: no hard sell happens in any of our discussions. On install day the crew protects your floors and finished surfaces, removes and disposes of the old equipment, fabricates the ductwork, and runs a full start-up and systems check before explaining the system to you.
After that comes a follow-up visit, then maintenance, so the relationship keeps going after the truck leaves. Gary and Jake Lysher have owned the company since March 2023, and it is still family and locally owned since 1961, with Big Red, the vintage pickup that rolls in the Christmas Parade, still out front.
