How a job moves through the shop
It starts with a call to the office at (509) 783-3121, or to the 24/7 service line at (509) 408-0556 if something has quit on you overnight. Next comes the appointment and sales call, and we mean it when we say no hard sell happens in any of our discussions. On install day the crew protects your floors and finished surfaces, removes and disposes of the old equipment, fabricates the ductwork, runs a full start-up and systems check, and explains the system to you before they leave. A follow-up visit checks that everything is behaving, and then maintenance keeps it that way, which is where Ted’s Comfort Club comes in.
