Replacing a furnace, air conditioner or heat pump is a decision you make once a decade or two. Tell the office what you have and what you are hoping for, and it will take the request from there. Nothing on this page is a quote by itself; the price depends on your house, and the shop wants to see it first.
However it starts, the visit runs the same way: “No hard sell happens in any of our discussions.” You get options and the reasoning behind them, and the decision stays with you.
