Jacobs and Rhodes service technicians are on call 24/7. If your heat or air goes out after hours, call the service line at (509) 408-0556 and reach the on-call team. For a visit you can plan around, tell us what the system is doing below and the office will call you back at the number you give.
The technicians are factory certified and work on all brands, so a furnace, air conditioner or heat pump that someone else installed is no problem. Replacing the whole system instead? That goes through the quote request.

Diagnose first, then explain
A good service call starts with the symptom, not the sales pitch. The technician checks airflow, controls, power and refrigerant, finds the actual fault, and tells you what it is before anything gets fixed. A heat pump that is low on refrigerant has a leak somewhere, and a tech who only tops it off has sent you home with the same problem for next summer.
